Dec 06,2022I asked to return the jute as it wasn't suitable for my needs. They said that a return request has approved and a second email containing the return labels will follow. I waited and I also sent further emails but got no response. I didn't think paying the postage would be worth the cost so decided to keep the jute. Also, even if I did return the jute I may not have been given a refund.
