Jun 01,2021There was an issue over whether an offer of free delivery on all orders over £20, as offered on Nutscene's website at the time, applied in our case. At first, Nutscene said it would not apply if the parcel had to be posted as, although light, the package did not fit Royal Mail's criteria for 'small' . I was impressed by the way the matter was resolved after only a few emails.

Jun 01,2021The Quality of the cord is excellent. Good quick delivery. Excellent range. Nice colourful web site. From looking around for similar cords "Nutsence" was about £2 to £3 dearer but you were getting twice sometime three time the length. With Cotton cord i have made a few Macramé plant holders and they look great.

Jun 01,2021Perfect for stringing my tomatoes. I used the red string for that. I’m using the other natural colours for all sorts of jobs in my garden and so happy this is a natural product that at the end of a season it will biodegrade. Love the colours.

Jun 01,2021Brilliant twine and excellent service. I have tried several differnt things over the years for tieing up bean sticks, tomato plants etc etc, but Nutscene is vastly better to use, and will bio degrade if any is left lieing around. so easy to use too.

May 24,2021I am a big fan of Nutscene products. Not only are they great for the garden but also all the twines are fab for adding to gifts to make them look more special. Fabulous selection of items, great quality and just wonderful colours of all the twines, am spoilt for choice. Have ordered items not just for myself but for presents too and they are always greatly received. Everything packed really well and received quickly, would most definitely order again and highly recommend!

May 19,2021Although the website does not seem to give the strength of their twine, the products when they arrived were thicker than any I had from previous suppliers and have been very strong when wrapped round heavy loads of cardboard up for recycling. Does the heavy jobs really well. Great stuff.
