Ordered Parador laminate flooring on-line. Delivery arrived via Fed Ex, and the end packaging had come off, damaging the planks. I e-mailed immediately to inform them of the damage, and received another delivery, this time perfect. Would just have liked response by e-mail confirming complaint. Otherwise would have been 5 stars!

So many floors to choose from, Darren is always on hand to help you choose the best floor to suit your home. Very reasonable priced, quick delivery and a 5 star service. Recommended to all my friends Really nice genuine company.

We were planning to relay a worn out engineered timber floor and were pleased to find Oakley within an easy drive. They have a showroom with products laid out so one can clearly compare the various choices. Darren was very helpful and after ordering online they delivered as promised, as I remenber in about a week. The flooring is almost finished and I shall be visiting again for a bit more trim. Certainly no questions about product quality

I have just moved house, so the need to get items sorted were urgent. Solid oak flooring downstairs. Problem I need samples but just can’t get to the showroom. Oakley wood sorted that by sending samples across. Very good range. Once sorted my daughter came and comments I could do with some of that!! I ordered for both myself and my daughter who needs hers fitted. The service was unbelievable. Within a week my daughter had hers fitted by Peter, now I’m in the timber trade, but I would happily have Peter fit for me. Very well laid and a very pleasant guy to boot! Mine is laid along with the Oak skirting. Again they could not have been any more helpful. I required an extra door threshold. The driver delivered on his day off, as he had been to busy the previous day! We also purchased oak internal doors and hardware. Fantastic! I say this as people keep asking where they can get some. Always Oakley wood. Upstairs next. So another order going Darren’s way at Oakley wood. Never met Darren, but feel as if he’s a mate. Nothing is to much trouble. Do I recommend them. Can’t think of a better supplier of quality goods

Purchased Windsor engineered wood floor and 144mm pencil round skirting, glue and oils to self install in a herringbone pattern in a T shaped hallway (with 6 doors!) and a large lounge. Excellent range of floors which made our life very easy to choose the right one for our house. Recommended to a neighbour who went straight over and bought flooring for their hallway and lounge! Will certainly use again and recommending to friends when they see our floor.

I chose Oakley Wood Timber for my laminate floor so I could support a small company at this difficult time. They have a great selection of flooring at good prices. The customer service - communication and services offered were great - efficient and useful. The only problem we had was with the product itself which was not Oakley's fault. Buy from Oakley, but avoid Parador Trendtime flooring. I've laid a few brands of laminate flooring and this was by far the trickiest.

I found Darren to be very helpful in our search for Herringbone flooring. He has a fabulous range of flooring to choose from and we are really happy with the quality and finish of the flooring. Darren was happy to answer any questions we had and always came back in a timely manner. I would be happy to recommend this firm to anyone in search of their perfect wood floor.
