Apr 06,2024Good product but terrible delivery. I gave very clear delivery instructions not to send this order on a big lorry. Huge lorry arrives could not get up the drive. Driver said he was only kerbside. Driver and I had to unload very heavy beams from lorry and carry up to the destination. I have a fused spine. Not happy with this delivery. Product ok.

Apr 06,2024Dealing with OakMax was an excellent experience from start to finish. The website is well laid out and has informative. Ordering process very simple and the products received were an accurate reflection of what was on sale on the website. Delivery was spot on and the driver helped with unloading. Pricing was extremely good and much cheaper than my local wood yard. The icing on the cake was a follow up call from Dinu to ensure all went well with the order. If I need any more oak, Dinu will be the first person I contact.

Mar 08,2024I worry about buying online so was a bit reluctant to give oakmax a go, even though they had good reviews, because I also worry if the reviews are real. Well, the customer service is excellent, and the wood was between good and really good, certainly good enough for what I was using it for. Would I recommend oakmax, absolutely. Will I be using them again, definitely.

Mar 05,2024I had never heard of Oakmax and came across them on a web search whilst looking for a large number of Oak Planks for decking Their prices looked good and the videos of the products looked good so I thought I would "take a chance". From the moment I contacted the company I felt re assured, I had several telephone conversations with them regarding products, quality and delivery, calls were also returned when promised. After placing the order they kept in contact with updates and ensured the delivery firm contacted me prior to delivery to ensure I was in. When the Timber arrived it was all excellent quality. Based on my experience I highly rate the company and their products and will most certainly be buying from them again. A big thank you to Dinu for all his help.
