Nov 12,2024All other notice accounts on reducing the interest rate at least give you the notice before reducing it. I.E. 95 Day Notice change in rate takes effect in at least 95 days. Not OakNorth 14 days and it reduces but you still can’t get at your funds until you give a full 95 day notice. They don’t make that clear when opening an account, beware however better deals on the market. I’ve closed my account and will not be using or recommending OakNorth again.

Nov 11,2024The service from OakNorth is great, either by telephone or via email. However I always have a problem transferring funds from my bank via bank transfer. I always have to go through the fraud dept, not all the bank tellers have heard of OakNorth Bank.
