Jan 23,2025Really bad customer service and did not send all of order took to long to sort out because customer service was so bad they didn't want to do anything for you as long as you paid. once paid that was it your on your own it's a lottery getting what you paid for.Good luck as to the response of oddballs id like to say they emailed me saying my subscription had been sent and then after I received a tracking number and it didn't show up with the order I made I contacted them and they said it had not been sent it was sent 3 to ten days after so it was sent after informing them of wrong postcode but I never received any subscription boxes and even though the postcode was wrong it still should have got to me the same as the other parcel sent just taking a bit longer and as to contacting the post office to tell them it is the senders responsibility to do so as advised by post office the fact that the post code was wrong I have not put that in to consideration in this review it was the fact that customer service was terrible and please see citizens advice on who is responsible for making sure that the goods reach the customers I was told by customer service don't send so many emails but they wouldn't respond until I sent a load complaining about customer service and how slow they were if they had answered in a timely manner and not been so rude I would have not cancelled my subscription and would of ordered more

Jan 22,2025Rather disappointed by these men's boxers. Great printed design but the fit is awful. Bought the small size (I'm usually a waist 30) but they are too big. The waist band is up near my navel and the bulge area is not flattering at all, with a seam that pokes up underneath. Not sure that an XS would fix this issue. Such as shame as had high hopes. Returns are not particularly well thought through either. Really wanted to like these, but I cannot recommend them unless you like high-waisted undies with a baggy bulge (I've not had issues in this area before). I suspect the women's line will fit better.

Jan 22,2025Thought I'd give Oddballs a try as I'd seen a few of their adverts and I needed some new pants! Chose a small variety of styles to see which I liked best and actually I love them all. Very comfortable, sizing is accurate and the designs are fab! I also love my free gift - a travel coffee cup which is excellent quality and has already come in very handy. Would recommend and I'll be shopping again soon!

Jan 23,2025I love the fit of the Doddie underpants I bought, but disappointed that they recommend a 30 degree wash. I washed mine at 40 degrees and the colour faded.
