Mar 02,2020The ordering process is simple and next day delivery really means next day delivery. This is my preferred site for ordering stationery since our supplier went out of business. :( I do miss the personal touch though although I have had occasion to speak with customer services at Office Stationery and I was impressed with the efficiency in which my query was handled and the immediate action taken.

Mar 05,2020The courier explained they had had a problem with the address for delivery and so the parcel was a day later arriving - it also had one item missing when I received it. I honestly think that was to do with the delivery rather than Office Stationery. I called to explain, as far as they were concerned the item was picked and packed - but they said they would send the missing item again. Great customer service. Thank you
