Although there was a slight defect in the item delivered, officestationery.co.uk were extremely quick, helpful, and understanding in resolving the issue and supplying a replacement. This is in stark contrast to Staples - who were rigidly uncooperative, unhelpful and clearly totally uninterested in customer satisfaction at all.
