They did an excellent job of fixing our leaking chimney (installed by another company) They also supplied and fitted a new cowling which fixed the problem of the stove being affected by strong gales (again it was fixing the other companies problem) Work was fast and efficient and I am very happy with the work.

We are really pleased with the work completed by Old Mill Chimneys. The guys are great. Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They were really good with our neighbours (access to the roof is via their property) who have been shielding during the pandemic.

This September is the third time I've had Old Mill Chimneys out to sweep the flue from our wood burning stove. Each time I've been very happy with both ends of the service ie with the booking, and with the actual sweeping of the flue. In addition, in this year of COVID-19, they gave me a document explaining what measures should be taken in preparation for our mutual safety, and we all complied with that too. So, all good!

Not the first time I've used Old Mill Chimneys so I knew the work would be first class. Old fireplace removed and a new stand alone multi fuel burner fitted, without any fuss or problems. Fitters as usual very respectful of my home and family. Thanks again.

First time l have used them. They were bang on time, very courteous and friendly. They explained everything as they went along. No mess. They explained my carbon monoxide detector was in the wrong position which l was grateful for as previous company hadn’t said a word ! I received my certificate via email. Will use them again and would definitely recommend them

It took a long time for the repairs in replacing the throat plate through no fault of old mill chimneys due to COVID and supply issues. When the parts became available the repair was carried out efficiently and quickly 5 stars

From our initial survey by Glen through to the final installation we were very impressed with Old Mill Chimneys. Very professional and friendly service. It was clear that Glen knows everything there is to know about stoves. Wendy in the office made sure everything went smoothly and Paul and Stuart who installed our stove did a fantastic job. They covered the floor and furniture with plastic sheets and there was no mess left at all. The stove is fantastic, we love it. We highly recommend Old Mill Chimneys.
