Jan 07,2025I have been purchasing ornaments as gifts for family members for a number of years… This year, for the first time, I thought several ornaments were NOT the same quality and attention to detail that Old World Christmas is known for in your ornaments. Did you change manufacturing process? Are you challenged by the shear variety of offerings? Specific disappointing ornaments - smart phone and new car ornaments.

Jan 06,2025The 2 nd ornament you sent had the same dent on the lid of the cap. It was pushed in as if it was crushed. I am disappointed that the item arrived in that condition. The box it came packaged in was not crushed or damaged.

Jan 06,2025I ordered my ornaments as a gift on December 8 2024. They have still not been delivered. My credit card has been charged. I have sent numerous emails to ask about this and no response. I also left a voicemail and no one has returned my call. I have had contact with the shipping company they use and was told to contact Old World Christmas directly which i have. I still keep getting promotional emails to purchase things but nothing regarding my purchase and no product!!!!

Jan 05,2025The ornament came in the box broken, with pieces not in the box, so it was packaged and sent already broke. They refunded the price of the ornament, but not the shipping and handling. This was to be a gift, so I wanted an even exchange, but that wasn't an option. If I wanted another, I was going to have to reorder, pay additional s&h, and take a chance it might be broken next time around.

Jan 08,2025Love all my ornaments! An overzealous kitty unfortunately knocked my ornament of SF Paintd Ladies and it broke beyond repair. So, my immediate reaction was to reorder and get it in time to put on the tree. Thank you for the quick response. Will you have more sports ornaments in the future? Like water polo ball? Teams like the SF Giants and SF 49ers? Just asking! Thanks again.
