Beautiful ornaments

When an order shipped from two locations went awry (some stuff made it, rest lost between OWC and OnTrac), it took a while to get someone’s attention to really fix it. Once that happened, everything was expedited and that part of the order arrived by Xmas.
You have beautiful ornaments. The Christmas Gift light up ornament looked very pretty in the picture my friend sent. I'm envious of my own gift and want to buy it one for myself.
My ornaments arrived quickly, were packed very securely, and were even more beautiful in person than the pictures online.
The Labrador dog ornament looked just like our dog! High quality, and I was notified every step of the delivery process.

I have collected OWC ornaments for several years and have never had an issue ordering online until now. I placed an order for four ornaments on 12/7 while aware that it would be the peak of the season. On 12/10, I received an email that it shipped via Amazon, but the only listed update was that a label was printed. I became concerned with the lack of shipping progress and reached out to OWC on 12/17. I was told they had no further information at the time. On 12/22, I reached out to Amazon and was told the package was lost. I forwarded this information to OWC and received the following the night of 12/24: “I see that Amazon Shipping has been used as your carrier. Unfortunately, we have been having trouble with orders using Amazon Shipping. We are working to expedite and overnight the packages to customers as a courtesy. Please be patient with us as we work through this, we are working hard to make sure everyone has their orders before Christmas.” After reaching back out on 12/27, I still have no update or ornaments. While I entirely understand courier issues and delays, the lack of transparency or proactive communication is unacceptable. I have had to follow-up for every update I have received, and even still, I am awaiting any sign that I will actually receive my order nearly a month after originally placing it. UPDATE: After posting this review, following up via an additional email, and calling the support line (my call was left unanswered), I received a call from OWC that the third-party Amazon shipping service has lost over 500 orders and they are working on correcting the problem. While I sincerely appreciate that OWC will be resending my order, I am still disappointed by the overall lack of communication and that the onus was on me to track down this information.
OWC has amazing ornaments it was delightful looking at all of the ornaments you have , your company is amazing hope you continue to do exceptionally well to come so I can order from you guys in the future , love, love, the company 😀.

Jan 03,2025I have yet to receive my item even though I was told it shipped on December 20. I emailed Customer Service and have not received a response. Mishaps with shipping occur, of course, especially during Christmastime, but I’d just like to know what the status of my order is and what the next steps should be. UPS says it does not have the item.
