Dec 03,2024The items were delivered in a timely fashion and safely packed to avoid any damage in shipping. The decorative box for each of the ornaments adds to their appeal, in my opinion. I like getting a special ornament for each of my grandchildren at Christmas time.

She not only denied my very reasonable request, but also refused to escalate my issue to someone who could help, or provide any useful options whatsoever. I'm posting this in the hopes that someone else can get in touch with me to rectify this experience. Truly an awful interaction.

Dec 03,2024Their ornaments are adorable and I swear there’s one for anyone… what I’ve been doing for my grandson is getting an ornament that marked the past year… moving van( he moved)… swim fins (he’s a fish in our pool)…hot dog( favorite food)… very delicate and high quality never a disappointment!
