All of my ornaments were reasonably priced, they were packed well and arrived in wonderful shape. Dec 04,2024The tree topper I ordered did not have a timer as described online (and that was why I ordered it). The packing slip did not include any information for returns. I went online and found I have to RECEIVE APPROVAL to return the item. I've submitted the request to return it, but still have not received a response. I could have mailed it back by now if not for a ridiculous policy.
