Fantastic service! Superb communication throughout and a very respectable 13 day delivery time to Sydney, Australia. I had initially miscalculated the exchange rate and the correspondence between myself and Alessio was prompt and direct throughout. He cleared up the issue seamlessly and my kit was on its way to me in no time at all. I was initially apprehensive as the equipment was a hell of alot cheaper than anywhere else but it seems somethings are too good and yet also true.

I wouldn’t order from this website again unless you know exactly what you want and you’ve tried it on. I followed their measurement guide but the harness I bought wasn’t the right fit. They don’t anllow exchanges and they don’t really have a customer friendly return policy. Really Wishing I had ordered from a different website.

Ordered $900 worth of gear. Shipment was delayed for two months because they sold out one of my items but didn't bother to email me about it. I had to reach out and ask. When they responded there was a lack of help in figuring out what options I had at that point. I had to come up with my own option which was to replace it with a similar item. They didn't even bother to look for me to see what was an equivalent item. When my item was finally shipped they emailed me afterwards to slickly tell me that one of the CAM's I ordered was sold out and refunded me for that. frustrating as I've already been waiting over two months. My shipment was held up for two weeks at customs because they didn't give customs a merchandise list so customs didn't know what was inside and therefore could not release my item. I again had to email them about this and they didn't offer any explanation. Finally when my shipment was delayed I had to shell out $400 in shipping brokerage fees from UPS because apparently they had UPS do the paperwork instead of doing it themselves. I'm not sure where the communication brokedown so badly. It was by far the worst buyers experience I've ever had in my entire life. so... buyers beware. They did email me recently to finally apologize that they had a staffing shortage. But somehow it doesn't ease my wallet or my frustration. I would give them zero stars except I did receive my gear, and i guess I'll survive UPDATED 3/28/24 i appreciated their diligence in reaching out to make things right. as a customer it feels good to know that my frustrations are heard. decided to add stars back for good customer relations. since then after much research i took a chance and ordered two more times using local postal service. i read local postal will handle the customs paper work free of charge. sure enough it worked perfectly and i received both new orders. im glad to make ammends and continue to shop here as it is a really great resource for climbing gear.
