Sono stati disponibili a velocizzare una spedizione (ferma per la mancanza di uno specifico articolo) di attrezzatura che mi serviva urgentemente per una spedizione di gruppo sul Monte Rosa. E non erano tenuti a farlo. Continuate così!

Jul 30,2024Similar to other UK customers, the day before delivery I was notified by UPS of 'fees and taxes' at 43% of the order value (£60.68!!) for a pair of shoes. Very frustrating initial phone call with Oliunid customer service, trying to say they explain their conditions clearly (they do not) and would not refund the UPS charge if I paid it. I told them I would not pay, refuse the UPS delivery and they said I would have to wait ~ 2 weeks for a refund. Oliunid did get back in contact later via email to say that they made a mistake and that charges to UK customers are supposed to be paid. So I paid the UPS charge and they have refunded that. I look forward to receiving the shoes now...

Jul 26,2024Like others on trustpilot I feel defrauded. If you order from the UK you will have to pay for delivery from ups on arrival. Mine costed £46, adding 30% to the cost of my purchas. Had I been aware, that 30% would have meant I would have taken my business elsewhere. I can’t find anywhere in the process of purchasing from oliunid a mention of this fact. What it says is: £0.00 UPS Standard: once shipped, delivery is usually expected in 72 hours I can’t see how this wouldn’t be illegal.

Jul 24,2024Appalling. They advertise free shipping to the UK. They then shipped with UPS, who will not deliver without payment of import taxes of over £55. This feels like a fraud. Be very careful ordering from these people.

Jul 23,2024Found this company by chance online but my first experience with them certainly was 5-star! Product as advertised at a much better price than anywhere else and despatched promptly to the Netherlands so when I need outdoor gear again, I will definitely keep this in mind.

Jul 18,2024At first i want to mention customer support was friendly and somewhat responsive, even though service is just not right. I’ve placed my order on Monday and recived emial with estimated time of delivery on Tuesday. It’s Thursday afternoon and package still wasn’t handed over to courier according to GLS site. Customer support blames GLS for this but I haven’t recived exact answer where is my package right now. I guess it wasnt sent at all. Even if it will come after one week I doesn’t understand why company brags about 24h delivery.

Jul 12,2024Esta semana realicé un pedido en su tienda online, al principio como no conocía la empresa y hay tantas ahí fuera que no saben hacer su trabajo no sabía hasta donde fiarme. Después de investigar y ver tantas buenas opiniones decidí comprar, y qué gran decisión! Tienen muy buenos precios, los productos han llegado en muy buen estado y todos nuevos en su correspondiente bolsa. En definitiva no dudéis con hacer un pedido, viviendo yo en Baleares los pedidos siempre nos tardan más o hay incidencias pero dado que trabajan UPS la seriedad está garantizada, y además gastos en envío gratis a partir de 39€! Cuando vuelva a necesitar material de montaña repetiré sin dudarlo.

Jul 11,2024Ottimo negozio. Ho acquistato online un casco da cantiere Kong Mouse Work alla sera dell'8/7 e a mezzogiorno del 10 me lo avevano già consegnato. Prezzi veramente competitivi e servizio velocissimo. Oltretutto il casco comprato è di recentissima fabbricazione e questo è sicuramente un valore aggiunto al prodotto e al venditore. Molto gradito anche il piccolo omaggio aggiunto nel pacco. Bravi, continuerò sicuramente a fare acquisti da Oliunìd.

Jul 06,2024nach 20 Tagen noch keine Lieferung erhalten! Wurde durch Kundendienst MA getäuscht Der Chip solle aus Frankreich kommen und in einer Woche da sein. Dann stellt sich heraus er kommt aus China und ist nach 20 Tagen noch nicht da.

Aug 07,2024Franchement, je suis épaté. C’est ma première commande sur ce site que je ne connaissais pas. J’ai commandé des chaussure de canyoning mardi et je les ai reçues le vendredi matin! Le colis est impeccable et l’article est totalement conforme à la commande. J’ai payé le tout 30€ moins cher que dans une grande enseigne de sport de plein air !! Je recommande Oliunid
