I ordered a pair of la Sportiva shoes 2 weeks ago, after over 2 weeks with no action, I tried to email, phone call, no response only after using chat did I get a response. Then today I am told that no stock is now available for what I ordered. If they had actioned in timely matter I may I received what I ordered. No compensation or otherwise supplied. Mickey Mouse company as far as I can perceive avoid them if you want to save yourself from unjustified grief

Ho ordinato un articolo che mi serviva per i giorni successivi, l'ho ordinato da Oliunid per due motivazioni: per supporto ad un'azienda che non sia una grande multinazionale, ma sopratutto perché c'era scritto che se avessi ordinato entro 1 ora avrebbero spedito il giorno stesso! Premetto che la multinazionale in questione avrebbe spedito anche essa lo stesso giorno ed aveva un prezzo migliore sul prodotto. Il risultato é stato che ho speso di piú comprando da Oliunid e che hanno spedito il giorno successivo.
