Ahmed emailed back in minutes with a price a quote, saying would be delivered 5 to 7 days after payment. It arrived within 2 days and I was kept up to date all the way through. Apr 25,2024The products is very high build quality, the build quality exceeded my expectations. It forms part of a new ‘separates system’ I am currently putting together. I have not yet had chance to use the power block as I am still awaiting delivery of several items for my settup The shipping l was super fast and I received plenty of status updates The flat rate fee of £15.00 for shipping, with no alternative option offered, leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe an explanation, even a very brief one, would help the customer swallow the fee. e.g shipping is ‘Next Day’, shipping is with a high quality shipper (UPS, DPD, Fed Ex), shipped items are fully insured. These are just suggestions. Having well researched the product field and decided upon this Olson product I decided to swallow the fee to endure I got the product I wanted and I assumed from the high shipping cost that the shipping element of my overall product purchase would be of the
