Apr 24,2021Great product, but an oversight on assembly. Testing out before permanently installing, I found that the lamp I had plugged in to it flickered on and off. I took the cover off and found that the live terminal had not been tightened at all. I nipped up the terminal, and it’s now as good as gold. Not what I’d expect from a unit costing £200, but no harm done.

Goods arrived quickly and as we have some Olson power blocks from 1990 still working well it is nice to see the new ones are every bit as good.

Dec 02,2021Product looks great however after ordering I had a notification the order was being processed but not until I called was I advised the product had been shipped 1st December, Also having paid a delivery charge of £12 I would expect a next day delivery service but having been told the product was shipped yesterday and it's still not arrived (16:30 Thursday 2nd December) I don't believe this to be true. Olson Electronics have since contacted me and I have to say their reaction has been great, Sally from the customer service team has dealt with the carrier and sorted out delivery the very next day.
