Brilliant, I couldn’t fault anything that your representative Carly Hall did. She took the time and effort to literally break it all down for me so that I fully understood everything I needed to know and come away from the call without having any queries or doubts. I’m a simple guy who just looks at the pictures, and I wish more people were like Carly. Thank you.

Carly and the one Life Group was amazing. I had a figure in mind and I was never going to shift on what I'd decided I'd pay and Carly didn't push me, when she couldn't match it. Matt Colson (Senior Protection Advisor for one life) and Carly, then took it upon themselves to get the deal I wanted and managed to get it down to a price I was happy with. Anyone, like me, that have put off having any type of insurance, other than insurance I need for my business and home etc, would be well advised to use one life group, as their staff, like Carly and Matt will honestly put in the extra time to find you a deal you would be happy with but most importantly, not push for a sale and to me, that is very rare in todays society. I can't sing their praises enough. Great job guys, thank you so much for your patience and excellent service.

Absolutely amazing team,I was treated like human being not just a number. Carly Hall is a amazing young lady she managed to keep my on phone all the way through the process, I am none for hanging up on people who bore me after 10mins. Just like to say thanks again Carly.
