Aug 20,2020Brock was fantastic! He deserves at least 5 Stars. He provided answers to my questions and provided a solution for a request. The overall score is 3 Stars due to additional, probably computer generated, emails that detracted from Brock's service. I was inundated with reminder emails and other such crap that as a customer I did not need to see. I had already spoken to Brock and attempted to wait until the following day to place my order. I received a number of emails reminding me of my order. That is poor service.
