There was clear communication between the seller and myself from the moment I purchased the item to the moment I received it. Also, they provided YouTube instructions to aid in the process of putting the item together (they also provided detailed instructions on paper as well). I would certainly do business with them in the future if the need arose, and would be happy to refer them to others.

didn't analyze the entire scope of the project and premature sent off a quote, a second quote was required and had to wait until next day. As a result I engaged a couple other providers because needs weren't met. Fortunately, neither of the other two responded in a timely manner.
