Oct 11,2022Communication from Emma has been fantastic in all regards. She has been very clear and informative at every step of the way. She has been very organised in arranging meetings as often as we have required to either explain new things or keep us in the loop with the current progress. On top of everything she has been very flexible to arrange meetings that work around our busy work lifestyle and we know we can contact her at any point should we have any concerns. Definitely a 10/10 if ratings went higher than 5!

As first time buyers, the process can be quite daunting but Emma broke down the jargon for us and was there as a helpful, warm and friendly presence throughout. Both Emma and Kirt are extremely knowledgeable and provide a 5* service that again, we can't recommend enough.

As first time buyers we had limited knowledge of the whole process, it was nerve-wracking. They reassured us every step of the way, took the time - a lot of patience -talked through different options, all the different expenses that we would be facing and found the best mortgage deals and insurance policies for us.
