She is very professional and fully committed to her clients, she has a vast amount of knowledge and without her guidance we would have really struggled. Words can't express how thankful we are to Emma for everything she did for us. We will most definitely be using her services again in the future. Jan 13,2022We feel so lucky to of found Emma, she really made a stressful situation so much easier in every way possible. I felt instantly comfortable talking to her and she always had time to talk, advise and answer questions. We needed an unusual mortgage due to the type of property we were buying which was not straight forward but she literally went above and beyond for us to make this happen. Emma really is a font of knowledge and gave me confidence that we were making the right decisions every step of the way. I honestly don’t know if we could of done this without her and she is still there for us now to offer advice, I just can’t recommend her enough. I would not hesitate to use her again and will be telling everyone I know to use her fantastic service!

We've had some very bad experiences with various mortgage advisors and had been trying for months before finally finding Emma at One Step Mortgages through a google search of CIS mortgages. Straight away she's put us at total ease with how professional she is and her detailed knowledge on all things "mortgage". After finding out exactly what we needed, she's set about to find the perfect product for us. Once she found what we needed, she reviewed the product with us to confirm we was happy and "held our hand' through each step of the way. Emma and her team were incredibly patient and understanding of our previous frustrations and past bad experiences. They put their heart into it and many times we were called by Emma out of hours just so we were always updated on the progress. We were never made to feel like "just another client" We feel extremely grateful to the team at One Step Mortgages to be buying our first home and for making it such a pleasant experience. She would always give us the time even if it was after hours. We would reccomend Emma, she has always given us great advice re:mortgage. We have already been reccomending Emma to friends and family!
