Prices were excellent and the service was great. Ordered thermal sheets in two different sizes, checked out, easily. Realised afterwards it was going to come on a large truck so contacted them so say access was restricted. Info was passed on to haulage firm. Load came on a truck which was parked where they could get to, then the driver brought it via fork lift which was great. Will definitely use again when I need the next load.

Prompt delivery, good service and all packs brought to the front door. They are bulky and the RW3 quite heavy. Bought primarily for acoustic treatment to add inside wooden frames, the types you see in recording studios hanging on walls or use as dividers between musicians. The excess I used as intended for insulation, inbetween the joist, blocking the tiny gaps in the wooden floorboards, accessed from the cellar/basement. The RWA45 is less dense and will easily split if you're not careful. The RW3 is more dense and keeps its shape much better. Which one you choose depends on how extreme you need to insulate. For me having a mix works well. Use rubber glove, face mask and if working over head, eye protection. The loose fibres that eminate are not harmful but there are alot of particles floating around when working with it.
