Oct 05,2024I would not trust this website. They are not up-front with there costs. They say they can unlock your devise for $24.99, but then after you input your credit care, they come back and say there is $55 charge to unlock the phone. No where in the process of giving your information and making your selection do they say the initial charge is to see if the phone can be unlock and that there will be an additional charge.

Sep 27,2024The worst I ever felt with absolutely no services rendered then they had the unmitigated gaul to charged my debit twice $24.99 $55.00 they stopped answering emails as they have no phone number to contact. I had to contact my banking institution to back the charges fraudulent charges then I called The California state attorney general office next I’m contacting the FBI this company is horrible.

May 14,2024Had some doubt reading some reviews but I'm here to say F*$k the nay sayers cuz within the time they said i'd have an email with unlock code, i had it and directions are simple. If your someone going this route to use any sim or to root your phone, then the directions to unlock sim is childs play. Thank you very much and ill recommend n use this from now on. 5 stars!!

Mar 27,2024I submitted my order to have an iPhone unlocked and paid. My phone meets all the requirements for unlocking, fully paid off and not black listed. I have sent them emails and message them through WhatsApp but they have not responded nor provided the unlock service. Update ⭐️⭐️ I contacted them twice through PayPal and they released my funds after canceling my order saying that I needed the premium service. This took several days. I contacted them again through WhatsApp to inquire about the premium service but they never answered. Response: I am sure I placed my order with this company. They did release the hold on my funds. My rating is based on the fact that they took longer than the given time to cancel the order and release the hold on my funds, about double the quoted time. Jan 16,2024I contacted Simunlock.com to check if they were legit and told them how other companies took my money without unlocking my phone and they were able to unlock my phone in a matter of hours. Simunlock.com is a completely LEGIT company and they are getting unfair negative reviews that should be intended for a scam company called Simunlocks.com with an (s). Do yourself a favor and contact this company prior to purchase and get excellent customer service.... oh and Simunlock.com also gave me advice on how to get a refund from the other scam companies.

Dec 21,2023Requested an unlock code for Xfinity moto and got it very fastly. The code worked on first try and my phone is now unlocked. The cheapest on the market. Similar companies asked for 3x to 5x for same service. Suprised for negtive reviews but noticed most of them were for another domain mistakenly posted here.

Sep 29,2023They sent me a code after two days which doesn't work, I contacted support twice over the space of 11 days and haven't heard anything at all for 2 weeks, the charge in my PayPal account is still pending so I can't even refund it through that. Time wasting scammers.

Aug 26,2023This website is truly a waste of time. My fiance submitted a request for a SIM unlock three four weeks ago still hasn't gotten it sent messages tried to contact them no response to her. I myself have been waiting for an unlock for one of my phones and I've sent messages I have tried to contact them no response no answer no customer service nothing move on find a better site because this one is garbage.

Oct 07,2024DON'T USE THE SITE "Simunlocks.com" They are not legit and I think it's Bot. They charge me first $24 to determine the eligibility of my network then another $68 to unlock the Sim. After two days they ask for another $478 which obviously I didn't pay and start disputing all charges.
