Jul 10,2021Make sure you log out when taking a break! You're only allowed to use the website for 6 hours a day so if you do a bit, and then take a few hour break while leaving the page up and come back it won't work!! There isn't anything stated about this! Also it handles it by letting you see what you have left to do and then you can click it, read the chapter and wait for the count down and then when you click continue to take the little chapter mini quizzes and it logs you out to send you to the main page without telling you why! I did this several times (having to restart the page timer each time) before I finally contact support about it. I would have been a lot more careful if it had notified me that there was a limit! It claims to be available 24/7 but not really if there's a daily limit. They just say it's the law which is great and all but when you offer a service like this they should really let you know and warn/remind you that that's the law. And they should definitely give you some sort of warning when you use up your time for the day instead of simply kicking you out! You then have to wait 24 hours after hitting the six hour limit, which also isn't stated anywhere and there isn't like a count down to when you can access the course again. I found the law in question "The total training a student receives shall not exceed six hours in one day, including both classroom or online instruction and behind-the-wheel training." But I wasn't actually 'training' the six hours I just had the website up because I didn't realize I needed to log out to take breaks! But of course they claim there's no way to verify that I wasn't sitting there reading 4 hours of materials for 6 hours straight... Basically they need to communicate the rules and limits of access to the site better. They claim to allow 24/7 access to the site and there really should be some sort of thing there about how you can only access it 6 hours every 24 hours as well as having a more obvious thing when you select your state at the beginning (since this is probably a state based thing). Also I mean put actual text not that weird picture with text on it talking about how the certificates need to be mailed that you have to scroll to even read, or at least format it so you can read it without scrolling around. That isn't exactly accessible/good web design. There should also be something at the top of the course overview at least saying something about the six hour daily limit but ideally like a timer for how long you've spent on the course out of six hours so it can be tracked and/or a timer for 24 hours after you get locked out. That would certainly help bring it to people's attention especially when they get close to the limit. What would be really nice is have it green to begin with, yellow when you have like 2 hours or less left and then red when you have 30 minutes left or when you're locked out. It wouldn't be too difficult to do (I mean I could do it and I don't spend much time doing html/css) and would really help avoid this sort of situation in the future. I will say I appreciated the online chat client since they were really helpful and able to answer my questions. It's just I feel like this whole thing could have been avoided if they made a bigger deal about the limit to begin with. After all most students taking the course probably aren't familiar about the laws related to the course. After this experience though I would really recommend any students looking up the laws related to traffic schools for your state since most states have everything online in searchable formats now.

But at the end of the day I have to cancel my appointment because of the irresponsible of your company now I have to go back to take the test and it is at 30 minutes from my house And by the way the live chat that said 24 /7 I try it and never answer plus I finish today because your page or webside was having difficulties and I could not finished yesterday I try many time calling and trying the chat and no one answer
