Jun 13,2024While they were employed by us, the service was horrible, when we tried to take back the service desk, they would leave tickets unread several months before the contract ended, and just close them when the contract ended, stay away from these maniacs

Nov 17,2023I did not expect support to be this horrible. Dont make a mistake on ypur card info cuz they lock your account. LOCK. No message telling you it is locked. After trying password reset i called to ask if something was wrong w their site. Oooooo i had to talk to fraud people cuz i made a mistake on my card address. While the rest of the world gives you a message to try your card info again, these bafoons lock your account. I used PayPay to pay for my first order so i said ' there is no fraud with PayPal ' and i was told i was being agressive. Bafoons w a victim complex. No more orders from me. I dont want anything to do w them.

Sep 06,2023I've been purchasing both supplements and courses from Onnit for years now. Recently I came to do a very simple task: Update my email address. After going through the process on their site I could no longer sign into my account. I email support numerous times for the past month and have received no response. I had a large amount of points I hadn't redeemed yet and I can no longer access the video courses I purchased. Saying I'm disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement.

Nov 05,2022Positives - My husband and I take the Total Human complete supplement packs. Have tried the coffee creamer, the focus shots and the new mood instant. Love the products. We sleep so much better at night, very alert during the day without the brain fog or the jitters. We are about 4 months into taking them. Negatives - (1) Joe's book, total disappointed this is a ebook not a hard back. (2) the point rewards program is bogus. You cannot use them on any sale items, which means even at the max 300 points $30 off you have to buy at full price to get the $30 off which ends up being the sale price anyway. Completely a useless program, it should be $30 any product like it states.

Jun 25,2022Been using the alpha brain supplement for a week now. the changes aint drastic but I do feel more in tune with tasks I am working on and find it easier to follow through to finish. Also the amount of things I'm starting to remember has gone up. like a coffee high just not as strong but lasts longer lol

Apr 04,2022Just giving me platitudes and excuses with no real solutions, I cancelled my subscription right after I signed up for the trial and it didn't go through and then when I got the email they were auto shipping me a extremely overpriced product I cancelled it that day and apparently there was nothing they could do about it. Now they want me to ship the product back at a inflated cost when I already paid a inflated shipping fee to get it here. They could pay shipping, resell the product and still make 400% for what they upcharge, that's why I don't respect onnit. Its the worst customer service I've honestly ever experienced and they should be ashamed. But I suppose this is just the state of companies that rely on their marketing through influencers. Over promise, under deliver, cash-in. If you do end up buying from onnit make sure it is from amazon because they have to act like a customer serving outlet when they are selling through that store due to its listing policies.

Never said anything regarding to a reoccurring payment or anything. Not even an email from onnit themselves at any point saying anything only emails i have are from paypal. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Doubt I will ever get my money back. Dont buy from them unless you like mystery charges on your card

Dec 23,2020Great products! Clean, pure ingredients. However, most, if not all of these products are overpriced. Shipping times used to be amazing but now it seems inconsistent. If their prices weren't so expensive I wouldn't mind the longer shipping time!

Fedex told me that the order has an issue that sender needs to contact them... so basically it’s oversized and overweight and the company didn’t pay enough... how? Because I paid more than enough for shipping cost. I want my items asap or refund!

Dec 11,2020Could be different from everyone else but I've had the worst experience ordering a single equipment l from this company. I've wanted to check out one of their primal bells as they are pretty badass to train with so I purchased one. But after waiting for two weeks due to delaying, I've found out my order got lost during shipping. Their shipping and delivery was involving with Fedex and they did absolutely nothing about it except keep telling me to file a claim. Luckily Onnit replaced my order with another one when I called them about it but I was still pissed. But just as I had the second one coming otw, I kept getting shipping exceptions like 2 times and I found out they kept wrecking the barcode number or something they need to scan on for delivery. My replacement bell finally came but was delivered very poorly. The Fedex delivery guy just threw my bell over the fence and worst of all, the bell was put in a very thin box with no extra styrofoam to protect the product and would've damaged the handle! Thankfully the bell is actually okay but with few small scratches. I think Onnit needs to cut ties with their shipping with Fedex and replace it wit UPS instead as Fedex lost my first order during shipping and always be ruining the quality of products in packages!

Oct 27,2020I did not want to purchase from Onnit as their marketing, supplements, and founder are clearly full of gimmicky BS. Unfortunately, they are the only ones claiming to have steel clubs in stock right now. Showing 3 separate ads for your overpriced products during checkout is a really gross tactic and at best is annoying to the consumer. I have not received any shipping update on my purchase.

Sep 25,20207 days for a shipping label - not even a shipped product. That is absurd. Customer services said the 7-10 day processing time was displayed on the website, but I can't recall seeing it anywhere during purchasing. I know I'm not a commercial account, but I spent $100 for one of their kettlebells. This really puts me off from buying any of their other products. Customer service was really dismissive of the issues I brought up as well. Your team should be taking customer sentiment seriously. I am completely put off by their handling of this order. I don't understand what's happening in their warehouse and process that it takes 7 business days just to print a shipping label. What a joke. Y'all are supposedly all about optimization, so maybe optimize that.

They go we are not responsible. Sad you could sell millions and when you make a huge mistake like take my rent money ... you should atheist cover the order. Jan 18,2025Onnit recently released their "limited edition" Joe Rogan kettlebells. They built this up for months. All over their social media posts/ads, their emails, and their website, they used language to build a false sense of urgency and limited stock. They put a lottery system in place so customers could merely have a CHANCE at being drawn as one of the lucky few who'd be given the chance to buy one. All that was fine... except it wasn't limited edition. A few months after "selling out," they're now casually selling on their website, absent the original hype. Here's the issue... The language your marketing team used created a false sense of urgency that is AT BEST extremely unethical marketing; at worst, false advertisement. Personally, I was a loyal customer who was going to buy one regardless. But I bought a second one under the false impression that this would be a rare collector's item that wouldn't be around for long. And now I'm stuck with it because you don't even offer cash refunds for your exercise equipment. Even worse, many people wanted one badly enough to pay DOUBLE to get one on eBay. Only to see them released again a month or two later. Do you really have so little respect for your fans and customers? I mean, come on guys. You knew what you were doing. It's objectively just not cool. And it's certainly the last time I recommend Onnit products to anyone. Do better.
