May 30,2018Been taking it for a week now, literally zero result. It apparently works differently with different people. I am 19 and healthy, 190 pounds, don't know it that would make a difference. Would not recommend.

May 30,2018I just started a keto diet. The mct oil gives a very clean energy. Mix it with coffee to dirty it up, or tea. the size of the bottle is what I expected, but the walls were thinner. It's a fairly sizable and honest amount. I use to believe that the internet was a tool to find a super cheap version of a supplement. That philosophy got me sick. I trust that onnit is doing the research to get the best version of the most interesting legal foods, vitamins and all sorts of supplements. This is worth the extra cash to me. I trust onnit too much, probably. That being said, every product I've tried of theirs has had some palpable affect on my body. I've found no bunk thus far from onnit.

Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with Alpha Brain as a product so I won't be buying more, but if I found a product on the Onnit website that I was interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to order it.

May 29,2018Remember when Bradley Cooper ran out of NZT? That's how I felt the next morning both times taking the recommended dosages and drinking plenty of water for that day. This stuff may work really well for some people but for this product specifically doesn't work well with me. Luckily I had a chance to try before buying.
