May 17,2018The six-week workout program stated it would be suited for beginners and advanced levels of fitness. While sweating will take place no matter your level, the limited variety in the program is disappointing. It is not downloadable (which they made clear) but the streaming is not stable and hosted poorly. Accessing the content is also a pain, requiring clicking a link, logging in, closing that screen, and clicking the email link again. Overall, not worth the money. The videos are well made, but repetitive and will limit muscular growth.

May 16,2018I've been using Onnit products for a few months. So far I have no complaints as to the quality of the products. I have had trouble procuring certain products from the company because of supply issues once they get that fixed I would put them on top of the nutritional supplement heap.

May 16,2018Order was fast and efficient. Only issue I had was with the inconvenience of the fedex shipping. They wouldn’t call me when they would be swinging by to drop off the package, therefore I opted to pick it up and had to wait an extra week to start using my mace! Other than that, onnit rocks

May 16,2018I like to freestyle for fun and found that I can connect a different flow to another and stay on the same topic while using more descriptive and creative words. Also I've had several dreams pretty much every night and very vivid I can remember them. I have yet to test myself in the physical arena but will be soon. Overall not disappointed with the product.
