The support is helpful with any questions or problems, yes indeed sometimes it might happen the response time takes more time, but as a licensed customer you have access to tutorials and documentation to be onboarded well and find all your answers. The solution itself has different modules to tailor it to the different needs. As a cool advantage, it has a lot of customization capabilities and powerful instruments to be connected with variable 3rd party services of choice. On Premise infrastructure is highly strong.
