Very helpful showroom personnel . At the time of purchase honoured price match which encouraged me to use their service. Provide a timely fitting / waste removal service however believe it is essential that designated personnel consult appliance fitting instructions at all times to avoid unnecessary hiccups

A pre-Xmas panic, following the breakdown of our oven, was quickly solved by Optimium. A new oven, fully fitted, took just a week. Excellent service, front to back, and we’ll definitely be using Optimium again.

Telephone ahead my time was 1pm to 5pm . The fitters arrived at 5pm . And they still had two installs to completed after 5.3pm. Great fitters very helpful. I have recommended optimum many times and will again.

Purchasing the fridge was good and the advice we were given was very helpful. The installation was dreadful. After the installers left, I had to completely refit the fridge in the housing, because it had been fitted so badly. Very disappointed. Update: All problems now resolved and I have amended my one star rating to a five star rating.

Everyone we dealt with at Optimum in Southwick were extremely helpful. They needed to store our range cooker until we were ready for it and this was not a problem. When required it was delivered quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them.
