Jul 10,2017Very helpful staff, happy to patiently explain the products. Ordered goods were stored until it was convenient for them to be delivered. Delivery was then speedily arranged and delivery men were very accomodating. All round excellent service.

Jul 09,2017The shop staff were great and extremely helpful. The delivery was on time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we bought 2 ex-display ovens but were disappointed that they were delivered without proper protection. The lower half had no covering. Otherwise excellent.

Jun 22,2017Excellent customer service. I needed a new integrated fridge freezer (which was quite an unusual size) to replace one that was 12 years old. Optimum came out first of all and checked the size of our old fridge freezer and then sourced a replacement with the exact specifications I wanted, at a very good price. However just to double check it would fit, they came out and measured everything again before I placed the order. Then when it arrived, they fitted it so that I didn't need to have any alterations made to the doors, even although the fixings were completely different. I would recommend buying your appliances here as you will get a personal service at a very competitive price - the internet is not always cheaper! Many thanks for making the changeover seem so effortless.
