Dec 13,2023I received only half of my order. I ordered 4 items and received only 2. There was no receipt and no confirmation of sent items. I got money back, but I don't need the money I need the items that I ordered! They said it is a mistake in their stock/order system.

Dec 12,2023Even though I took an L on the A Ma Maniere Jordan 5(first L on a Jordan 5 ever) I can't recommand Oqium enough. Got some great items in the sale at unbeatable prices and all still with free delivery. Delivery is still suffering but this is a known problem abd is clearly stated on the site. As always a pleasure doing business.

After all these Black Friday sales finished I received 2 mails from you that 3 shoes are out of stock and you refunded my money. The last order has been sent 20 days ago but still not arrived. I tried to send mail to your help desk and my email returned to me and couldn’t deliver. Such a bad experience

Nog een bestelling gedaan, waar adres niet volledig stond, kreeg een mail waar om adres gevraagd werd, geantwoord en hoor verder niks. Weer mail gestuurd, weer geen antwoord. Mooie site, mooie producten.. maar 0 klantenservice!!
