Feb 02,2023I have had problems returning an item and nobody from customer service will answer my email or return my calls. I have emailed several times, tried ringing but the line goes dead after a few rings and I even rang one of their stores (the person I spoke to said they would ask customer service to call me back - they haven't). The paperwork Returnista (their returns provider) gave me was inadequate and I had to deal with UPS myself to get the proper paperwork done for my return from the UK

Feb 02,2023Ik zou oppassen met bestellen nu. Ik wacht al meer dan een maand op mijn geld van geretourneerde schoenen. Er wordt niet gereageerd op email, chat en telefoon. Update. Het duurde even maar ik heb wel mijn geld terug. Houd er rekening mee dat schoenen maar een half jaar garantie hebben. Mijn performance schoenen gingen na minder dan 6 maanden gebruik kapot maar wel ruim 6 maanden na aankoop.
