Not only do they provide sustainable, high quality products, their customer service is outstanding! I ordered from their wine bag line and was so impressed with the quality. Having ordered from other companies in the past, there are a lot of low quality bags out there! Those who value all above along with quality, feel of the fabric and excellent worksmanship, fair trade manufacturing, know how challenging that can be. Though my initial choices of style did not work out, Alejandro provided me full list of other options and solutions. His personal attention is quite comforting and makes this multi-national collaboration (Spain, USA, Bangladesh) work. I almost forgot to mention that the shirts arrived on time and in perfect condition!
