Sep 03,2020My order had to be changed due to unavailable stock (which wasn’t shown on the website). I was notified 2-3 days before my order was due to arrive with the situation and resolution that Origin had encountered and executed, they delivered the product in time as well even with the uncertain circumstances the world was in at the time, and after checking the website found out that they had replaced my product with a more expensive one in their range but at the SAME PRICE as my original order which I think shows fantastic customer thinking on their part. Fantastic product: great customer service (delivery & issue resolution): I have also bought resistance bands from the company before and would recommend buying their products, gym equipment isn’t cheap in general but feel that origins is fair priced and of a quality that is worth the price!
