May 27,2020Very fast and reasonably priced shipping, even during this pandemic. I ordered axle bar and rubber coated tri grip weight plates, however, was very disappointed with the weight plates and returned them. I had a very good impression on the company from their impressive website and great customer rating before this experience. They used images showing matte black smooth texture, coated core. I was planning to use the weights outdoor, so it seemed to be the only one I found online I didn't have to worry about rusting and also seemed to be the top quality for the price. I had had spent two full weeks searching desperately, and happily ordered 150kg of weights with no hesitation. When I received them, I was shocked that they were just the cheap smelly rubber covered with scratches, rubber powder residue, messy hand trimmed mould lines, and cracks developing. If they used the actual photos instead of some graphic design images, I would have spent more and go for the crumb rubber bumper plates. When I raised this issue, the reason for the return would be that I was personally not happy with the quality, since other customers didn't have any problem, and the return delivery arrangement would not be provided. I had to spend time to contact freight companies myself, and package them rainproof so that they don't get wet left on the pallet until they were picked up by the driver (this wouldn't be a problem for sellers as the products will be inside warehouse, hope they understand how inconvenient this is for customers). It costed me over 50 pounds for return, which was the cheapest I could find, so much headache and plus time.

May 27,2020Ordered a couple of weight plates. One of them arrived late but after reporting a problem they responded quite quickly and followed up with the courier. Overall good experience given the recent circumstance, good customer service and good communication. Product quality is reslly good evenbthough i bought the plates from their gym division budget range. Solid company , buy with confidence.

May 26,2020Really pleased with the free weights I purchased. Only issue was the incorrect items being delivered, this happened on two separate orders. However Origin customer services quickly responded to my email highlighting this and resolved the matter.
