Mar 07,2025The product is good and their correspondence was very timely. However, I was doing an exchange for the same item in a larger size. They would not send the new one until they had received and processed the old one. Most vendors go ahead and send out the new item. That was most disappointing as I needed it by a certain date. And actually it came the next day. I had asked if they could expedite but the response was they had to wait till they processed the return.
