Jan 21,2025This is the second time I've tried to post this review, so I hope Trustpilot and/or Ori don't delete it this time. I eagerly waited for the Camden Negroni to go on sale, as I didn't really need another backpack, and certainly not an expensive one. When I finally got it, I was thrilled to see that it's as stylish and colorful in person as it is online. I also appreciated the hidden pocket on the back. However, the bag has several design flaws that make it nonfunctional. 1) The top zipper wraps around a corner, making it impossible to zip/unzip with one hand. 2) The bag is tall and deep, so everything falls to the bottom in a jumble; there is only one small organizer pocket on the inside, plus a laptop sleeve. 3) About that laptop sleeve: it's TIGHT. So tight that I have to work hard to insert my Surface Pro and its screen protector. 4) The front pocket has no organization whatsoever (e.g., pen slots, elastic straps for cord organization). 5) The straps are made of thin webbing, and are wide set with no padding whatsoever. This means they slip off my shoulders frequently, even when I adjust the length to sit high on my back. I made the mistake of taking this bag on a business trip to NYC, where I walked to all of my meetings, and even with just a few pounds of weight, it became so uncomfortable that I couldn't wait to throw it off at night. A+ for style, but D for utility and F for comfort. If Ori didn't charge a good chunk of change for return shipping, I'd send it back.
