Dec 10,2022What a professional outfit. IMac locked on downloading an upgrade from Apple. Robin quickly found the problem was a hard drive, replaced it with an SSD of the same size and returned the computer to my home the following day having also updated the operating system. Expecting to have lost documents, I haven’t appeared to have lost anything! Oh, and the price was so very reasonable, exactly as quoted. Orwell Computers will be looking after my IMac in future.

Feb 12,2018I dropped my Mac Mini off to Robin to have an SSD installed and time machine set up. All done within a day and at a very reasonable cost. There's not many people I'd trust to go near my precious Mac but Robin is now well on that list.

Jan 12,2018I have used Orwell Computers on many occasions for a wide variety of reasons. Without a doubt, owner Robin is one of the most talented, skilled, professional and delightful people you could possibly hope to meet. He has got me out of a number of equipment-related fixes many times, never panics, is always calm and reassuring and is just the sort of person you need on speed dial. Customer service is second to none and I would never, ever in a million years (or even longer) dream of going anywhere else.

Mar 26,2023Just had a virus removed from my Apple Mac computer at Orwell Computers, Very quickly done by Robin who I have seen over many years. Reasonable prices, Is able to pick up computer Felixstowe and Ipswich. Very pleased with the service.
