The eStore was launched in 2020 with the aim of joining all of the Oxford Instruments business units together to offer a wide range of spare parts for our different systems, as well as a place where you can purchase all of your general lab consumables. We also offer software upgrades, online support, training and digital offerings across our multiple product ranges.
Our range of microscopy accessories include a range of sample holders and grids, filaments and apertures, SEM specimen stubs and nanomanipulator spare parts. We stock a huge range of AFM probes from market leading brands including Olympus, Nanoworld, Asylum Research, Nanoandmore and Rocky Mountain. And if it's a spare part that you need, our system spares section has a range of CRYOSPARES®, Magnet Systems, Plasma Technology parts and EDS/EBSD spare parts for use with a range of Oxford Instruments High Technology systems.

However, support is present, reacts within a reasonable time and provides real help. Very quick shipment if products are on stock. Overall a very good experience: I recommend it.

Would be fine if they tried to sort this out, but firmly attempted to fob it off onto me. Won't be using again.

I asked for a quote before ordering, and I gave it to the University to order the product. There were some issues for my University to proceed through the webpage. However, the E-commerce team accepted my profile on Behalf of the University and I could quickly order the products with an invoice for the University
