Oxford Instruments PLC is a leading provider of high technology products and services to the world's leading companies and scientific research communities. The eStore was launched in 2020 with the aim of joining all of the Oxford Instruments business units together to offer a wide range of spare parts for our different systems, as well as a place where you can purchase all of your general lab consumables. We also offer software upgrades, online support, training and digital offerings across our multiple product ranges.

Our range of microscopy accessories include a range of sample holders and grids, filaments and apertures, SEM specimen stubs and nanomanipulator spare parts. We stock a huge range of AFM probes from market leading brands including Olympus, Nanoworld, Asylum Research, Nanoandmore and Rocky Mountain. And if it's a spare part that you need, our system spares section has a range of CRYOSPARES®, Magnet Systems, Plasma Technology parts and EDS/EBSD spare parts for use with a range of Oxford Instruments High Technology systems.

It was the first time I bought AFM probes through your website and I found it quite complicated, especially in the case of 30 days payment. However, the ecommerce team in particular Andrea was very helpful and the process was very quick

payment against invoice was not possible in the beginning, but was made possible. Email contact for this was very good and fast. Address information on the package was incomplete and it just luckily reached it's destination, because the postwoman knew my name. The building and room number that I had given was just added on the delivery note inside the package and missing in the visible address outside.

I was not aware that the items would be shipped from outside the UK. Consequently the wrong consignee VAT number/ EORI have been entered by the shipper on the shipping documents. This makes a huge problem for invoicing.
