What an absolutely fantastic retailer this is….. Purchased online, a couple of days later received my trainers. Neat little ‘Pam Pam’ sticker on the plain packaged box to tell me they were my order. Open each plain box to find each pair of trainers beautifully packaged in tissue/wrapping paper and the same neat branded sticker sealing the package. Trainers, and the Adidas boxes in perfect condition. This shop is unreal for value, three pairs of rare Adidas trainers, fantastic colours, packaged beautifully (clearly with love and care), for £105!!!! You tell me, where can you get such value for money and such high standards of customer service. Pam Pam is now my new goto for trainers. The owner(s) should be extremely proud of their store. If I could give 10, or even 100 stars I would. Bloody well done guys, I haven’t been this impressed like this in a very long time. Before I left this review, I was intrigued at how someone could give this store a negative review, so I read some of the negative reviews.Turns our it’s people who need to get a life. If Royal Mail lost your returned parcel, then Royal Mail should refund you, if you didn’t pay the insurance, you can’t blame the retailer for this…? Also, there is a global pandemic, so things take a little longer to send. Come on people, give retailers a break!!! Pam Pam in my opinion you are amazeballs 😎

Pam Pam is a golden discovery and I’ve been sharing it with every female mate I have who cares about finding the right sneakers! Not only do they curate a great collection for women (so you don’t feel you have to run to a back shelf in a store and find a bunch of less interesting choices for women), the shop itself is small, simple in its design and chilled. There’s a few gorgeous bits and pieces out back (jewellery, clothes, lifestyle). It feels effortless with super-lovely staff too. I can’t rate Pam Pam highly enough.

I wish there was less than 1 star. I was spat on and attached aggressively. My friend was nearly abducted and embarrassed in front of crowds. The management were lazy and placid. As a young woman, please never go to this club for your safety - the management were disgusting when a crackhead was assaulting my friend. Shut this club down.

I am so impressed with the service from pam pam london. I must admit that I was a little sceptical when I first saw how cheap the Reebok trainers were compared to other sellers but I checked to see what pam pam reviewers had to say and decided to risk it as I couldn't find anything negative written about them. I am so glad I did. The shoes arrived much more quickly than expected and they were wrapped beautifully with tissue paper around the box. The shoes are beautiful and in perfect condidtion. I've had shoes from other retailers which have obviously been returned by other buyers and just sent out again. These were obviously brand new and so, so gorgeous. Thank you pam pam. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone who will listen and I'll always check your website when I need any shoes!!
