Dec 09,2020Ordered some amazing shoes that I couldn't see available anywhere else. Was then emailed to say they didn't have them in stock and offered me a different size and then refunded me. A few days later I can see this size is still being advertised on their site. An odd experience and I can see others have had similar experiences of ordering and then having your order cancelled for all sorts of reasons. Perhaps this is just poor shop management but a better system is needed. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Dec 07,2020Great shop with a nice selection, but shipping to the US was almost $30. I justified the cost by buying more, rather than paying that to ship a single hat. Then, a few days later, they said that two of the items I added were sold out. It would have been nice of them to comp some of the shipping charges to make up for it.

Dec 07,2020My daughter wanted a pair of Nike Jordan’s and found the ones she wanted at Pam Pam. I had never heard of the store before but decided to go ahead and order them. They arrived within 3 days. The trainers were fabulous and packaged beautifully. I was so impressed I have since ordered more trainers and 2 sports tops. All items arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Pam Pam is now one of my go to stores.
