Jan 14,2022Make sure you post returns signed for. Luckily I did, so I have proof it was delivered. Plus buyer protection with PayPal. I was made to feel I was in the wrong and they were doing me a favour by sending me a refund, when the error was entirely their end. Very stressful and disappointing.
