Nov 03,2022Ordered something that cost £35 and sent a completely different product that costs £8.99 on their website. Contacted them on live chat and no response. The following day I emailed their customer services and still no response. I am out of pocket and still without the product I ordered. I have now opened a paypal dispute. Think Amazon will be the better bet now!
