Jun 03,2021The product (baklava) wasn't great, but that's not entirely their fault. Better tracking/dispatch info would improve my rating, but I'd use them again if they had a product I wanted at a competitive price.

May 12,2021Having ordered some compost which was acknowledged, but having no updates for a while, I checked on line only to find my order had been cancelled soon after the order was made. I had not been informed. A little concerned I sent an email pointing this out and asking why my credit card payment had not been reversed yet. I received an email confirming a credit to my credit card had now been made which is now on my statement. My only concern was lack of communication about the order being cancelled and I had to ask about the credit.
