I will like to express my gratitude to my Tutor Kirsty Welding for her dedication and encouragement to me on level 3 in Adult Lead Care Apprenticeship. When I started with Paragon skill, I was struggling because of the nature of job that I am doing and my University classes which seems like giving up on this very Apprenticeship but when Kirsty came onboard as my tutor, things began to take shape. Kirsty gave me hope and promised to help me to get through this course which she drafted time with me and ensure that she kept her words by working with me tirelessly and got me through this level 3 in Adult lead care. thank you Kirsty Welding for your genuineness, you are really a game changer.
I started my nvq level 3 in 2021. The first tutor, if im honest give up with me and my work mates, i found out later that she did leave the company. My nvq was eventually passed to Kirsty to deal with. Majority of my nvq course was done. Which i began to do on my own. There was however a good few pieces of work, tests, work expriences that needed still needed to be done. Kirsty also explained to me exacltey what I needed to do and how I should do it. She came in to my work to suit my hours. She gave me confidence in what a I was doing. She understood everything I was going through. Although it seemed to be never ending. Kirsty stood by me and give me the help and support and guidence completing the course. Kirsty stopped me from giving up. She made me carry on. Yes seems rather dramatic but she give me the push a I needed. If it wasnt for Kirsty then I dont think I would of completed the Nvq. Kirsty is a credit to the company. A really nice, caring lady that will not give up on you. Although I had a rocky start. Im grateful that ive passed my nvq, I am grateful that Kirsty pushed me when i certainly needed it. The work is set out, easy to read through the app downloaded on my phone. The work was straight forward and easy to understand due to doing the job already. Although, there where some points that needed explaining to me. English test was not too bad. The maths test on the other hand was not my best subject. Kirsty organised a maths tutor for me to talk with. Offering the support that I needed to pass. Overall, I enjoyed working through my nvq. Would love to take on my level 4 them.
I completed both my level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeships. I was supported throughout by my tutor Suzanne Hardy. She ensured that I stayed on track and was always there to talk to. Without her help I wouldn’t have passed with a distinction. The courses themselves were set out in manageable units. Wish they had HLTA courses so I could carry on
My tutor Sharon Gladman , really helped support me when I was struggling with my level 3 she had been brilliant and couldn’t have asked if any more from her !!
Throughout my level 3 childcare course I had the best support possible from Suzanne hardy, she really went above and beyond to help me pass maths and get my level 3.she is the best tutor I have ever had, and this is why I got double distinction.she truly give her all to help her students,I highly recommend her to anyone starting their childcare course.😊 she deserves more than the words I am writing.
I have recently completed the level 2 adult care worker and received a double distinction. The support I received from my tutor Heather was phenomenal, she ensured I felt prepared and helped me with so many different things. Heather was a huge part of my learning and I feel contributed so much towards me receiving the grade I got.
I have just finished my level 3 Teaching Assistant course. I had the best tutor (Alex) who supported me though everything even when I wanted to give up. Thank you Alex for always supporting me.
I have just completed my ILM Operational Management Diploma and personally want to thank Martin for all of his support over the last two years. In the first year I struggled managing my time and also doubting my self with the quality of my work and Martin has always been there at a drop of a hat to offer support and guidance - even when he had an operation!! He has guided me through, offered reassurance and I found my 1:1's really helpful that I could talk through and seek advice on the course work and also any challenging topics at work! I really appreciate all you have done to get me through this! Thank you Martin :)
I'm absolutely thrilled having passed my Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification with a Double Distinction. During the course of the qualification, I have gained a number of new skills, knowledge and behaviours to flourish within my workplace and I firmly believe some of the content learnt through this apprenticeship helped me to achieve an internal promotion back in January! I would thoroughly recommend Paragon Skills and I can't thank my personal tutor, Martin, enough for keeping me on track and helping me to achieve the best possible result for my efforts. I'm super grateful to him! THANK YOU!
Was fortunate to be given the opportunity to study with paragon skills for my Level 5 qualification. Laura Barlow was my tutor and she went above and beyond throughout my time with her to give me the support and give me the guidance I needed. Nothing but positives to say about Laura, thank you
I have had Zoe as my tutor for nearly three years whilst completing my level 2 and level 3 in childcare. Zoe’s support was amazing and I couldn’t have done it with any other tutor. She believed in me when no one else did, supported me like no one else and has made me the best practitioner I can be. My level 3 wasn’t the easiest and at some points I did get quite upset and want to give up but Zoe was always right behind me and has so much kindness towards me when I was struggling. I am so glad I have finally completed my apprenticeship but I’m also so sad that I won’t have any other meetings with her as honestly I always looked forward to speaking with her. The level 3 and Zoe have helped me so much and developed my understanding of children and the EYFS so much more than I ever thought it would. I would 100% recommend paragon to anyone looking for an apprenticeship. The biggest thankyou to paragon and Zoe! I wouldn’t have ever got through this without Zoe. Forever grateful ❤️
I finally completed my NVQ level 3 with the support of Kirsty Welding and Laura Macdonald. I had to swap tutors half way though the course and wasn’t happy about this but both Laura and Kirsty help me deal with this. The support which I received from both Kirsty and Laura was just what I needed to get through the course. Kirsty helped me through the final hurdles and I managed to surprise myself with a grade I wasn’t suspecting which was thanks to Kirsty. Thank you Kirsty, I appreciate all the help and support you have given me.
I would like to give my thanks to my teacher Kirsty Welding for helping me when everything looks failed. But she took over from another teacher that didn't have time for me and help me to come from bottom of my course work loaded where I was and gave me a massive support throughout the year and help me to become a graduate student on level 3 adult care. Kindly appreciate the effort to get here. Many thanks Kirsty xx
I have just received my distinction from my apprenticeship with paragon skills, I am incredibly proud of myself but I know I definitely wouldn't have been able to get myself here without the support, coaching, and advice from my tutor Karen T. Too many times I felt it was too much to carry on with but Id emailed Karen and she would book me in for a Zoom meeting the next day to see how she could help me through it. Even going to weekly calls to help keep me on track and my head in the game. After having some issues with my laptop I was 3 months behind schedule for where I should be and Karen got me back on track and I can't say enough just how much Karen pulled me through this apprenticeship and how thankful I am to of had her as my tutor! Truly still can't believe it. The apprenticeship nus discount card is also a bonus!
It has been a journey from day one but finally i completed my L3 NVQ. All this was possible because of Kirsty Welding. Kirsty, thank you so much for pushing me and making sure i did it. Keep up the good work and use me as an example in the future. 🙌
I'd like to give a massive thanks to Martin Sharpe for all the support he has given throughout my apprenticeship. He's been a FAB tutor and motivator and pushed me to give it all and it paid off after receiving a Distinction on my EPA. Would highly recommend Martin as a tutor! :)
Having attempted this apprenticeship with another provider and had to drop out, this was really a breath of fresh air. 1. The course is divided up into bite-sized chunks that make each piece of work manageable to do. 2. My trainer (Sara Atkins) was very helpful, very supportive, very available, prompt and accurate in dealing with queries from me. 3. Clear explanations of the examination process and timing was given at all stages. 4. There was clear, honest estimation as to how much time and how demanding the course would be so I knew what to expect. 5. There was a good balance between online and offline coursework. 6. Communication was excellent throughout without being excessive. I did my Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker qualification with Paragon (and got a distinction). Eager to start my level 5 qualification with them now. Would absolutely, definitely recommend Paragon.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my tutor Mark for supporting me during my L5 apprenticeship. Mark's unwavering support encouraging me to focus on winning the trophy ( acquiring my Level 5) when work and learning at once was overwhelming. Mark motivated me to carry on when at times I felt like throwing in the towel was confirmation of Mark's dedication. Mark was through, knowledgeable about his work and went out of his way helping me to soldier on till the end. Mark was patient and diligent with me when I lagged behind, he was always available when needed. Changing tutors in the beginning of my apprentice journey did not make it easy for me, it all changed when Mark returned as my tutor, thank you Mark for your dedication to your work and your patience when I could not answer the calls or respond to your messages. I am truly grateful to Mark for today I am a proud L5 graduate.
My experience was great! Had the best trainer"( Kirsty Welding)". Very patient, very understanding, and makes learning enjoyable.

Aug 25,2023Joanne Murray is an excellent teacher ! 5 stars are not enough to describe how great teacher she is . She is extremely helpful . I got some health issues during the end of my course and seemed quite impossible for me to complete the course but my tutor's support made it possible for me to achieve my goals. Not only that but she became reader for my reading examination as well.I really appreciate the way she stood with me throughout the whole journey. Thank you so much
