I could not have done this without the continued help and support from Emma. She has always been available for any questions that i needed to ask. Emma has been extremely supportive and friendly all the way through. I could not have asked for a better tutor. Thank you so much i am extremely grateful.
My tutor was Corinne, she is so supportive.
Huge thanks to Chris Cruickshanks for the support these last 12 months. Chris has kept me motivated and determined to get through the L3 diploma in Lead Adult Social Care which has felt like a very long road. Chris is such a down to earth and positive tutor and it made the process so much easier. He challenged my self doubt, kept pushing me to do my best and has been a fantastic support, in the end I think I’m walking, skipping and dancing away with an over all Merit! Honestly cannot thank you enough!
My tutor Corrine was absolutely amazing. When my grandad passed away she was very understanding and never pressured me. She took into consideration my learning style and, made me feel very comfortable during our meetings. She was always there for me during my course no matter what time I needed her and I couldn't have asked for a better tutor!
I had a tutor change early on in my apprenticeship, and I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. Corinne has taught me so much throughout my apprenticeship and has been nothing but supportive the whole way through. It’s been an absolutely pleasure working with her!
The worst organisation I have ever known. They are constantly hounding you to complete tasks completely unrelated to the course, signing you up to random things without asking or your consent. No work gets set or marked. Can’t get hold of anyone. Tutors changing all the time. No support given. I finished all my set work weeks ago and nothings been marked. They’re quick enough to bang on about you completing the tasks but they won’t mark it or set any more. I wish I never started with this company in the first place. I never wanted to do the apprenticeship approach but manager said that’s the only way now. It doesn’t work. Workshops are pointless, can’t hear anything, can’t speak because too many people are talking at once, the entire system needs to be demolished and taken back to the old way of doing things. It Is so mismanaged and to be honest, utter crap.
Quite bad , slow for feedback deadlines have come and gone and I am still waiting for answers from over 2 weeks ago , also quite slow to respond to messages , I think this sums up my experience so far .
My tutor Corinne has been absolutely incredible throughout my whole learning journey. When I first started on my apprentice I had a different tutor and I didn’t really have the best start but once my tutor was changed to Corinne I felt supported 100% of the way through my apprentice. She has taught me so many new skills and given me more knowledge that I can carry through in my career now. I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to you Corinne for just being amazing and so lovely to work with.
Laura Barlow has been an amazing tutor, I have just completed my level 5 inhealth and social care, and I couldn't have done it without her help and support. She has been on hand to support and point me in the right direction when I needed. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with during my completion of this course.
I have just earned a distinction in my level 3 early years educator qualification! And I'm so grateful to my tutor, Amy Baines. She has been an immense help in helping me develop in my knowledge and skills over the last 18 months. She was ready to help as soon as I had any questions or concerns. Always checking in and making sure I was doing okay in my assignments and my work load!! I can truly not thank you enough Amy
Melissa Harris, has been amazing getting my level 3 finished, thank you so much. Always checking in and following up on things she said she would. Chasing assessments and getting things loaded up immediately. If I started this with you I have no doubt it would have been finished alot sooner. Always friendly and professional and prompt. Thank you for keeping your promise and sticking with me through this I am very grateful
Sharon from Paragon Skills - thank you, I couldn't have done it without you! Having the same tutor for 18mths was invaluable, it was with her guidance that I passed with distinction my L3 ey educator apprenticeship. She was understanding, supportive and so very patient even with all the stresses I was having and those questions I just kept asking and asking and asking again! So thank you Sharon! The BUD system had its issues and blackouts, but the good out shone the negative and having direct contact with a tutor always put those problems into perspective, especially working fully online. I will miss the group chats and the 1-1 sessions. So thank you Sharon
I have just passed my NVQ level 3 in Team Leader/Supervisor. It's been really rough for me. When I started off I didn't think to complete my NVQ but my tutor Heather Horrock has really supported me throughout my journey. We made it in the end. Thank you so much Heather for helping me the last 18 months and helping me to pass.
Best site for learning.
I am currently doing my nvq 3 with Amy nuttie . I've found pargon skills so easy to use and the workshops are really interesting. Amy is really supportive and always on hand if I don't understand something or if I need help .
My experience so far since I started my course with Paragonskills has been very great, positive and helpful. I have been supported in all ramifications by my personal tutors who’ve been very supportive and encouraging to me. I want to use this opportunity and medium to appreciate Amy Nuttie for all her educative and enlightening words which she has been able to provide me with more information. I have added to my knowledge and experience since I started my course.
My trainer has guided me and helped me so much with how to start this course and also how to use the website also kept me up to date with everything just a alround brilliant trainer had helped me so much with everything has helped since day 1 of coming onto this course and couldn’t be anymore happier so thank you
I would like to express my gratitude to Dawn King who patiently guided me to finish my NVQ level 4. Dawn would always find time to help me out when I was having trouble. She is a tremendous help. Without her, I would not have been able to accomplish it. Her enthusiasm for mentoring is amazing and incredibly inspirational. I was greatly impacted by her advice and knowledge, which had a big influence on my life. And my sincere gratitude to Paragon.
I have recently completed my Level 2 in customer Service NVQ with Paragon, to start with there was a few bumps in the road as I had a change in tutor. However, once I got Debbie I was over the moon. She was knowledgable, very experienced and knew exactly how to get me to End Point Assessment (EPA) quickly (as that was my goal!) Debbie ensured that I saw her once a month for a catch up and to prep for the EPA. I am pleased to say I got a distinction, and I am over the moon that I am completing a new qualification and Debbie is my tutor again - which is perfect as we have built a perfect tutor - student relationship which ensures continuity in my learning.
