I have recently completed by Level 5 and during this process I worked with Laura. She was a brilliant tutor who was patient, friendly, caring and supportive during my learning. Laura was available whenever I needed help and would ensure I knew what was expected from me during each module. Completing my Level 5 with Paragon Skills was simple and I had all of the tools and resourced I needed.
Connie is an amazing tutor, I feel anybody that is lucky enough to be allocated Connie as there tutor will receive so much support and guidance. paragon skill is an amazing company and the onboarding process is also amazing. Connie has got me through some difficult stuff with my course by the support she has given me, i have never felt like i cant ask for support she is always on the end of a phone if ever i need her.
I had a great experience with Paragon skills. After transferring from another training provider due to a change of employer, I had a lot of extra work to do. Grace worked really closely with me to keep me on track and to ensure I finished on time. I attained a grade of distinction thanks to Grace's personal investment in my learning. She went above and beyond to be available when I needed her.
My fantastic Tutor Chloe I honestly don’t think I would have passed my Maths without the brilliant tutoring and the way she taught. I was kept engaged and wanted to learn, I struggled with a different tutor at first but Chloe has a way that makes it seem easier, straight from the first lesson I was looking forward to the next session and really wanting to pass for her and me so a huge thank you.
My tutor Emma was a real help during my course, she went above and beyond on numerous occasions and was always kind and easy to talk to. Very grateful to have had her as my tutor.
I had a very rocky start to doing my NVQ level 2 due to having a numerous amount of tutors, I was falling behind on the work I needed to do to get my qualification. I received my final tutor in August Jade Elliot who spent the time to sit with me and work on what I needed to do and how I would be able to get back on track with the work I needed to complete. With all the support I received from Jade I will now be completing my NVQ level 2 late this year/early next and I 100% agree that if Jade never became my tutor I wouldn't be in the position I am now. Jade has reassured me throughout and stuck with me and I am in a better position with doing my level 2 and using the tools and information that I have received I am a much more confident support work. I am grateful with the support I have received and appreciate everything Jade has done to push me to the point I am now.
I recently completed Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Health and Social Care. In my case, it was quite a challenging process until I moved to Paragon with my apprenticeship. At Paragon, I had a much more pleasant studying experience. It was a very well-organised process and a properly planned course. The tutors I worked with were always close to me and gave the necessary support. They always understood and knew exactly what I needed in particular. The more challenging part was the final period, which involved the preparation for graduation exams. My primary tutor, Grace, was in contact with me permanently, showing a lot of patience and support. And here I want to mention, especially her moral and emotional support. With all consideration, I recommend Paragon, not only as a company that respects and honours its commercial obligations but also as a team of tutors who are exceptional professionals and nice people. An amazing team that can help you realise your professional aspirations.
I just recently completed my level 5, with a distinction grade awarded. I had an amazing tutor Grace, who saw me through the completion of my certification. It was not an easy journey, because there were times I wanted to throw in the towel, especially some days before my exam, but having one's tutor encouraging you and bringing out the best in your ability is the best feeling ever. Grace was invested and her wealth of knowledge is unmatched. Thank you ☺️
I am currently in the process of completing a Lead Practitioner in Adult Care L4 and while not the easiest feat, my tutor Connie Johnson has made it incredibly interesting and has structured it in a way that best suits my learning, personal and professional needs which has in turn made me a lot more productive with the NVQ and my own job role. Connie makes it all feel very personal, is very involved and invested in the outcome which really gives you a boost of confidence and determination. Very happy with Paragon Skills and also very grateful to Connie as my tutor, who also has a huge amount of experience and knowledge in the field.
When I first started my Diploma with Paragon I did not have a good experience but management stepped in to support me and sorted things out I was given a new tutor Connie Johnson who is very good and has supported me ensuring I meet my deadlines. Hence the 5 stars Thank you Connie Johnson
I have learnt so much from tutor Connie Johnson and she has given me lots of good advice on how to approach things within my role as a Registered Care Manager
I am currently working through my Level 5 and have found this challenging with balance my working days plus home life. My Tutor Connie is a great support and is always on hand for either a telephone or teams catch up.
Connie is such amazing teacher, very patient and understanding. i start my leave 5 course not knowing my own strength and capability, Connie help me to find it and now i am best even before, and a good manager as well. Ama Ayebinim Preko
I have had a grate experience during my apprenticeship journey where I enhance my knowledge and skills. My workshops tutors believe in me and give me a real support when I struggled with English language. Thank you Heather E. and Luke R. Through my apprenticeship journey ,unfortunately, you Paragon Skills change my tutors 5 times( which is not good for an apprentice) but in the end if finished my journey . I want to mentioned my tutor Jo Russel which supported me a lot with Maths and English exam - Thank you JO. Big THANK YOU to my last tutor n JOLENE HORNSBY which was my tutor only for the last part of my apprenticeship but her support and encouragement means lots for me . Thank you to the two assessors on my exams Sophie Weir and Janet Kerfoot. For you Paragon Skills: try to allocate only one tutor for an apprentice during apprenticeship journey.
My Maths tutor Chloe has been more supportive than any other. She made me believe in myself and give me the confidence and encouragement to pass my Maths exam. All the classes also offered are so helpful and all the trainers for Maths give so much support. But the biggest thank you goes to Chloe, truly amazing, even felt like she was not just a tutor a friend. Thank you ☺️
Dawn was honestly the most supportive and best tutor I could have possibly had during my course, she was patient throughout and understanding off all my needs and always available to offer support and help when needed which for me was a lot due to suffering from dyslexia and anxiety and I truly don’t think I could have passed without her. Would love to do more courses in the future and hopefully have her again as my tutor.
I have just passed my level 3 lead adult care worker with distinction. Although there were some issues with the bud platform at times I cannot fault my tutor Shireen she was so supportive through the whole process. Shireen went above and beyond. Always on hand with encouragement, solution’s and dealing with issues throughout my course. She really is an amazing personal tutor and I feel very lucky to have had her alongside me on my learning journey.
Shireen was amazing so encouraging so informative always made sure I put 100% into everything helped so much when I was struggling such has completing modules verbally which helped me prepare for my epa All over a amazing experience with a great outcome

Nov 19,2024Over the last year I have had amazing support from my tutor Josie in completing my leadership and management course. Josie has gone above and beyond to support and encourage me. She has always made time to offer extra guidance, has cared about my overall wellbeing during the course and has challenged me to always do my best. I'm so grateful for all her support.
